Home of The 152nd Open Championship, the Old Course at Royal Troon presents itself as a fine test of Links golf from the scenic collection of opening holes to the iconic dunescape in the middle, finished off by one of the most demanding back-9s in the world. The Postage Stamp 8th is one of the world’s most iconic one-shotters. Some liken it to 17 at Sawgrass without the water… we would say more punishing, given the treacherous green and cavernous bunkers.
